We routinely do Assamese, Bengali, Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, Garo, Gujarati, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Kannada, Kashmiri, Khasi, Korean, Manipuri, Mizo, Marathi, Malayalam, Naga, Nepali, Norwegian, Oriya, Punjabi, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Tagalog, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian and Vietnamese. However, even if your birth certificate is in another language, we are a close network of translators and can accommodate virtually any request.

  1. Do I need a birth certificate translation notarized or certified?

The answer to this question must come from the person or institution who requested the translation from you. Some institutions, including the Indian consulate and most universities, require translations to be notarized. We can provide you certified or certified plus notarized as per your requirement.

  1. Should I send you the original or certified copy of my birth certificate? Do I have to drop it off?

We require an electronic copy of your birth certificate to perform the translation. There is no need to drop off the original birth certificate. Please scan your birth certificate and email is to us at info@anantranslations.com. If you don’t have a scanner, take a photo of your original birth certificate using a digital camera and email us.

  1. How will I receive the certified translation of my birth certificate?

First, we send you scanned copy via email and then the hard copy via courier. The courier service anywhere in India is complimentary, we do not charge for this. In case you are in urgent need of it then you can collect it from our office in person.

  1. How do I know my certified translation will be done right?

We certify the translation in a proper manner in order to be valid and accepted in legal authorities or where you need to submit.

      6. Do you need to see an original or certified copy?

No. Since at Anan Translation no longer requires original documents—just legible copies of your birth certificate or other document—we can do the same. The fastest way to get started is to e- mail the documents.

     7. How will I receive my certified translation?

You will receive scanned copy via email and hard copy via courier. In case of urgency, you can even collect it from our office.

    8. How will I pay for the certified translation?

You can make payment either online via Net Banking/NEFT or deposit cash to our bank account in your nearest branch.

    9. How long does a certified translation take?

Send us your document for a free quote and time estimate. Generally a 1- or 2-page document takes just 1 or 2 working days max, but it does depend on the language.

   10. Why do I need a professional translation?

As with any paperwork, you want the translation to be accepted by the receiving authority without any problems or questions. If a translation does not meet the requirements, or if it is perceived as not credible and look not professional, your application may be denied or rejected, or additional complementary documents (extra affidavits, proofs of credentials, etc.) may be requested. If you have a short deadline, cheap translation may cost you dearly.
